EXPERIENCE
Deputy director of development projects at FGV Projetos, focusing on strategic planning and organizational restructuring in the public and private sectors. Since 2006, Frare has coordinated the Executive MBA in Public Management at FGV Online. Currently, he offers technical advice on a) modernization of cultural management for the Department of Culture of the State of Rio de Janeiro, b) institutional development for IFAL, a federal public higher education institution in the state of Alagoas, c) operationalization of the processes office of SEBRAE-RJ and support to the organization’s automation, and d) organizational restructuring of the local government in the municipality of Angra dos Reis.
